2014 Merlot paired with Baci Belgian Dark Chocolate, Fabbri Wild Italian Cherry Puree.
2014 Cabernet Franc paired with a Local Sea Salt Caramel hand dipped in Belgian Dark Chocolate.
Chef Steven Amaral of North Fork Chocolate Company created an Artifact Truffle just for Clovis Point!!!
