100% Chardonnay

Fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels gives this wine a clear balance of acidity and an array of ripe stone fruit. Plus, its small percentage (5%) of our stainless steel-fermented chardonnay is blended in for brightness. Subtle notes of apple and melon stand against a delicate backdrop of butterscotch, leading to a rich, lingering finish.
