RATES & CONDITIONS

**** The site fee for a party or wedding reception at our winery for a maximum of 200 people for five hours between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. is $5,000.00.  There will be an additional charge of $500.00 per hour for each additional hour.  Rental includes use of our tasting room, outside deck area, parking areas for guests, winery grounds and the grass area in front of the vines for a tent.  The tasting room is air conditioned and heated.  For parties or wedding receptions where the grass area is not required, the fee is $3,500.00.  The premises must be cleaned and locked up no later than 12:00 midnight.

**** The price for a party of forty people or less at our tasting room for four hours between 6:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. is $2,000.00.  Rental includes use of the tasting room and deck for the party, parking areas for guests and restrooms.  The premises must be cleaned and locked up no later than 11:00 p.m.

**** We only allow Clovis Point wines to be poured at your event.  The required minimum purchase is ½ a bottle per person. Any remaining wine belongs to you. A 15% discount will be applied to purchases 5 cases or more.  Wine purchase is due 30 days prior to your event.

**** Two Clovis Point employees must be present at your event (an additional employee will be required for events greater than 150 people) behind the tasting room bar, and will remain until the end of your event to lock up the premises.  The fee is $200.00 each which must be paid prior to the event.  There will be an additional charge of $40.00 per hour per employee for each additional hour.

**** A valet service for parking is required for weddings over 60 people.

**** To reserve, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required.  The balance is due in full before the event. 

**** A separate refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 is required thirty (30) days prior to the event, as insurance against damage or unacceptable clean up of premises.

**** The wedding party is responsible for supplying their tent and dance floor, tables and chairs, silverware, glassware, linens, flowers and anything else they require for their event.  The caterers, tent company, suppliers of music, etc. are subject to approval by Clovis Point.  Kindly contact us for a list of recommended vendors who have already been approved.

**** You must rent portable restrooms for your guests when forty or more people are to attend your event.

**** All garbage removal is your responsibility and is typically handled at your request by your caterer.  Caterers are to be self contained.

**** The wedding host and all persons, caterers, tent and supply companies using the premises must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Manor Lane Vineyards, LLC and East End Vineyards LLC as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000.00, no later than 30 days prior to your event.

**** All music must end at 10:00 p.m.
