Our friends at North Fork Chocolate Company have come up with unique pairing ideas that are sure to excite the senses and tickle the palette.
Tasting flight includes the
2014 Black Label Chardonnay paired with Apple Cider Caramel Milk chocolate, Woodside Orchards apple cider
2013 Cabernet Franc paired with Baci Dark chocolate, Fabbri wild Italian cherry
and the 2013 Merlot paired with Olive oil Sea Salt Truffle Dark chocolate 65% cocoa ganache, Mama Lomardi’s extra virgin olive oil, North Fork sea salt and the finale dark chocloate truffle made with Clovis Point's 2013 Syrah.
